Led by Pastor Mandy Todd, Pastor Melissa Woeppel, Russ Ware, and other local friends, Beer & Hymns LBK is a great community time of fun and frolic around good drinks and good tunes.

If you don’t sing, come on anyway... it’ll be fun. We promise.

If you don’t drink, come on! The Öl Stuga has soda and other goodies, and this is a family friendly event. It’s Sunday evening for crying out loud. It’s practically church.

A “typical” Beer & Hymns event starts with the passing out of hymnals (yep, that’s right), after which the gathered will have the opportunity to write some favorites down on little slips of paper. Those will go in a beer bucket, from which we will draw selections for the first part of the evening.

After doing that for a spell, we’ll take a little break to refill glasses and whatnot, after which we’ll spin things right back up in a more toe-tappin’ direction: country gospel, camp meeting songs and even some Billy Joel, Beatles, Journey, etc…
